Freight & Transit Service Terms

Our team handles every shipment with extreme care, yet it's vital for shippers to recognize where transit risk shifts. For over 17 years, we've prioritized transparent cargo handling protocols to protect your bottom line. We use specific Bill of Lading (BOL) documentation that supersedes any verbal agreements made during the dispatch window.
Liability for loss or damage is strictly limited to the values declared during the quote phase. Doesn't your cargo deserve the highest level of legal clarity? If you're shipping heavy machinery or hazardous materials, specific transit riders may be required to meet regulatory compliance.
Payment terms for forwarding and delivery are typically Net 30, unless a separate credit agreement has been authorized by our Michigan City office. Late fees will apply to all overdue transit invoices to ensure we can continue providing reliable fleet operations.
